Answer and direct all inquiries to the appropriate team member Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner Record notes from client conversations in an accurate manner Enter and maintain databases of clients and prospects Calendar management Manage filing system Client Meeting preparation Maintain the office environment neat and organized Maintain job-related/industry specific compliance files Prepares letters, and forms to assist with servicing clients Prioritize daily tasks to be proactive in time management General backup support for all other positions consisting of varied tasks as needed Position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information; must maintain confidentiality at all times Requirements & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in office setting Proficient skills with MS Office Suite Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms Financial Industry experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail Proficient with filing, phone systems, faxing, and scanners Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Sincere and caring attitude Outstanding client service We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
