Responsibilities of this position include providing ongoing analysis, customer service, and planning of company information technology.

Evaluate and implement information technology procedures and equipment.
Ensure compliance of information technology regulations.
Set-up and maintain hardware and software for the company.
Set-up and maintain user and email accounts.
Analyze and solve problems regarding information technology.
Provide customer service to all employees in regards to information technology in a timely manner.
Provide training and support.
Report on traffic and trends.
Maintain internal network.
Help define and design enhancements for the company's custom applications.
Identify need and recommend new technology to increase features and values.
Assist with both technical and end user documentation.
Handle all cell phone issues and new line setup.
Keep inventory of all computers and peripherals.
Ensure that company based information and links are current.
Prepare personal activity reports and project status reports weekly.
Assist Director of IT on facility specific projects.
Support all company hardware and software.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred.
