Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients - Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival - Assisting the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments - Maintaining patient records and updating information as necessary - Managing the office's filing system and organizing paperwork - Providing support to patients by answering questions and addressing concerns - Ensuring a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required This position requires someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to work well in a team.
