Enters information from the field and keys that information into the correct format for billing clients for work accomplished.
Accurate and complete collection of job costing and time and materials data, packages data in strict accordance with each specific client or client group.
Participates in self-initiated, internal and external audits, project planning and development meetings, along with software support activities.
Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data capture and processing is at all times.
Participate in general office work, such as answering phones, taking and relaying messages, greeting visitors, responding to general public.
Maintaining office supplies, collecting and disseminating mail, working with vendors, and coordinating other related office activities.
