Hello,
We are looking for 2 full time motel managers for 2 different properties.
We have 2 motels located in the suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. Both properties are 3.5 miles apart from each other.
We are looking for managers who will run the operations 24 hours a day. (We can schedule time off each week.)
Each property only has about 20 units, which allow plenty of time for personal affairs.
Management duties include: laundry, front desk, and minor maintenance
Management salary starts at $2000 per month.
Housekeeping (optional) could be up to an additional $1000 per month.
The salary is negotiable and will be based upon experience along with work performed plus bonuses.
We offer a free manager's apartment with a full kitchen, bedroom & living room.
Free Dish Network Indian channels (mega pack - 30 desi channels).
Start date is flexible.
